The PFSA are pleased to bring you a portfolio of training programmes developed by our UEFA Pro License Head Coach. All content has been uniquely designed to help prepare you for your upcoming trials including, technical plans, advice, nutritional information, wellbeing and much much more.
6 Week Technical Sessions

The 6-week training block is to introduce and prepare key areas that will be required within elite performance. In preparation for the assessment days it is imperative that you are aware of the standards and expectations the scouts will want to observe that will play a part in key performance indicators within your game.
Any scout will judge a performance against players currently within their club as well as the individual potential they are observing, which meets the criteria within the sessions provided. These areas underpin the game and therefor what a player is required to excel within and align to key performance indicators.
Position Profiles - Player Preparation

This guide has been created to help you understand the formation that will be used during the trials and the roles that will be expected of the players.
By following this guidance, it will ensure that players are performing to their highest levels and displaying what scouts will be looking for.
6 Week Conditioning Training

6 sprints, 6 days per week, 6 weeks
The conditioning training guide has been designed to ensure that the player is in peak physical condition for their trial.
As you progress through the weeks, you will see improvement in both stamina and fat loss.
Nutritional Pack

The nutritional guide has been designed to help players achieve maximum performance during matches and aiding recovery afterwards.
The guide starts with preperation the night before match day and continues throughout until after your match.
